STORY 2: pellet

A 16-year-old boy from Flowery Branch has been arrested on charges of terroristic threats and acts, as well as aggravated assault, for allegedly shooting a pellet rifle at cars on Interstate 985 in Hall County. The teenager, who remains unidentified due to his age, reportedly damaged multiple vehicles and injured a woman during the shootings. Currently, he is facing one count of aggravated assault and one count of terroristic threats and acts, but additional charges are expected as the investigation continues. The incident occurred on Sunday evening, with the teen allegedly firing the gun at northbound cars on I-985. The injured woman suffered a pellet strike to the back of her head, but her injuries were not life-threatening. The teenager has been released into the custody of juvenile authorities.

Story 3: road rage

Tyler Moore, a 27-year-old Auburn man, has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault, possession of a firearm, and criminal damage to property in connection with the shooting of an investigator from the Gwinnett County District Attorney's office. The shooting occurred on Friday evening in Dacula during what appeared to be a road rage incident. The investigator was shot in the leg and was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Detectives located Moore's vehicle at his home in Auburn and impounded it. He was later apprehended at the Gwinnett County Jail. Multiple law enforcement agencies collaborated on the investigation, including the Gwinnett County District Attorney's Office, Barrow County Sheriff's Office, Auburn Police Department, and Gwinnett County Sheriff's Office.
