Pace boys win the AAAA state basketball title

The Pace boys basketball team caputred the AAAA State title, and the Galloway girls finished as runner up in Class A, Division 1; The Marcus Foundation has given money to Jewish Kids Groups (JKG) to help establish the Jewish After School Accelarator, which will help create Jewish after school programs for kids; "Fiddler on the Roof," "Beauty and the Beast,' "White Christmas," and "Legally Blonde: the Musical" will be featured in the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center's Byers Theatre this season; Community members and leaders gathered on the two year anniversary of the Atlanta and Cherokee spa shootings to remember the victims and continue to rally against hateful acts toward AAPI people; Russell Gray is Riverwood's new Athletic Director; And ground has broke on Fire Station 5, which will serve the "panhandle" area of Sandy Springs.
