A fire that officials said was caused by an electrical issue destroyed a Loganville home Friday night.
Just before 6 p.m., firefighters responded to a fire at the 800 block of Creek Cove Way SE .
“A neighbor called 911 to report the house fire and believed that the homeowner was absent,” Capt. Ryan McGiboney said.
When fire crews arrived they found heavy fire blowing through the roof.
