STORY 5: Judge Rejects Voter Intimidation Charges Against Conservative Group in Georgia
A federal judge in Georgia has ruled in favor of the conservative group True the Vote in a lawsuit over its attempt to challenge the eligibility of over 364,000 Georgia voters. The challenges were filed ahead of the 2020 runoff elections, claiming that voters appeared ineligible due to changes in residency. U.S. District Judge Steve Jones found that True the Vote's actions did not constitute illegal voter intimidation, as alleged by Fair Fight Action, founded by Democrat Stacey Abrams.
