He's part of a group of 18 defendants, including former President Donald Trump, facing charges related to attempting to overturn the 2020 election. The Atlanta-Sandy Springs Alpharetta metro area tops with 21 cities in the top 30, followed by 3 cities in Savannah, 2 in Brunswick, and 1 in Athens-Clarke County. These trends shed light on the real estate dynamics in these regions. Limited inventory and increased demand only serve to raise these costs more.
